All physical products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in product descriptions or pricing. Title and risk of loss for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6.2 Digital Downloads and eBooks

Upon purchase of a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased digital content for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include:

The right to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or make the content available to any third party;
The right to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the content;
The right to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

6.3 Print-on-Demand Orders

Orders fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand services (including but not limited to Kindle Direct Publishing, Lulu, and similar platforms) are subject to those platforms’ separate terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. The Company is not responsible for errors, delays, or quality issues attributable to third-party fulfillment partners, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.

7. Membership Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Plans

Membership plans, pricing, and included benefits are as described on the membership page of the Website at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and tiers at any time, with reasonable advance notice to existing members.

7.2 Billing and Renewal

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at the time of enrollment). By enrolling in a membership, you authorize us (or our designated payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until your membership is cancelled. Renewal charges will be applied at the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

7.3 Cancellation

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the period for which you have paid. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

7.4 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for a free trial and to revoke access if we determine you have previously used a trial.

8. Pricing and Payment
